Ruqyah bath is taking bath with blessed water and mix of ingredients such as sidr leaves, sea salt or Epsom salt, apple cider, orange blossom, rose water, saffron etc. Ruqyah bath is used to spiritual healing for who effected by sihir,  hasad and ayn (sorcery, envy, evil eye).

Take bowl , mix 1 cup of blessed water with

  • 7  Sidr leaves crushed
  • 7 Rose petals (1 tea spoon)
  • 1  Cup of sea salt or Epsom salt ( Epsom preferred)
  • 2 Tablespoon orange blossom
  • 2 Table spoon rose water
  • 1 Tea spoon saffron

Clean your bath room, fill the bath tub with Luke warm water, pour the bowl you prepared with above ingredients , immerse yourself in water up to shoulders.

Pour water over your head with bowl or mug, sit for 20 to 30 minutes, stay away from any distractions, recite while you are in water.
